We shall not be held liable for breach of contract or compensation due to delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., customs clearance delays, international logistics strikes, extreme weather). If the delay exceeds a reasonable period, you have the right to choose to continue waiting or cancel the order for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of custom jewelry, or third-party logistics. 1.Custom Products Exemption and Final Sale Declaration All lab-grown diamond rings sold on this website are custom-made according to individual customer specifications, including but not limited to ring size, band material, engraving services, and special design modifications. Customized products are considered “Final Sale.” Except for obvious manufacturing defects or severe discrepancies from the order description, customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason once production has been confirmed.

2. Quality Issues and Defect Resolution All lab-grown diamonds are accompanied by authoritative grading certificates (e.g., IGI) and undergo rigorous quality control. If, within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product, you discover any of the following issues, and upon verification the fault lies with us, we will provide free repair, replacement with the identical item, with return shipping costs covered by us: - Diamond specifications (carat, color, clarity, cut) significantly deviate from the certificate or order description; - Manufacturing defects such as structural breakage, severe deformation, or loose stone settings in the band; - The received product’s style or engraving completely mismatches the confirmed order.

3. Sizing and Fit Issues Ring resizing due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer is not eligible for free returns or exchanges; however, we offer paid resizing services. Furthermore, damage to the band or loss of stones caused by improper wear or handling is not covered under this Return Policy.
